Dhoot Transmission Group, a leading player in the auto component industry, on Tuesday said it has appointed Naveen Kumar as its new Group Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, he will report directly to Founder and Managing Director Rahul Dhoot.
According to the official press release, Kumar brings over three decades of senior leadership experience spanning the automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors and has a track record in driving growth, operational excellence, and forging global partnerships.

Previous stints
During his tenure as Group Chief Executive Officer of Napino Auto and Electronics, Kumar scaled revenues, improved operational efficiency, and established a research and development centre. He also spearheaded strategic joint ventures with global industry leaders such as Continental AG and ZF TRW.
Naveen Kumar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and has completed a senior management programme at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
With this appointment, the company aims to strengthen its leadership team and advance its strategic vision for growth, innovation, and global competitiveness.
