Ceat, part of the RPG Group, has been focusing on expanding its product mix and enhancing operational efficiency to sustain profitability amid evolving market conditions.

Tyre maker Ceat Ltd on Friday reported a 54 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹186 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, driven by strong domestic demand and revenue growth. The company had posted a net profit of ₹121 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue from operations increased 12 per cent to ₹3,773 crore in the July-September quarter, compared to ₹3,304 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.

“We have maintained strong double-digit growth this quarter, with revenue rising by approximately 12 per cent,” said Arnab Banerjee, MD & CEO, Ceat Ltd.

Banerjee noted that a key development during the quarter was the reduction in GST rates on tyres and vehicles, which is expected to provide a boost to overall demand across domestic categories.

“Looking ahead, with positive growth momentum, we expect to maintain double-digit growth in the second half of the year,” he added.
