Steelbird Hi-Tech Ltd has distributed one lakh BIS-certified helmets to Road Safety Ambassadors as part of a campaign run with the Rajasthan Road Safety Society. The initiative aims to strengthen awareness and adoption of safe riding practices.
The helmets have been channelled through organisations including Aavas Financiers (29,600 units), Kogta Finance (5,000), Bhilwara Dairy (15,000), Seth Sanwaria Temple Trust (13,000), the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (6,000), Public Works Department (10,000), Hindustan Zinc (3,000) and Chittorgarh Gram Sanstha (18,000).
All recipients have been trained as Road Safety Ambassadors by National Road Safety Gold Medalist Dr Virendra Singh Rathore and his team.
